An update for GUSOM PHR asylum clinic

We have changed over the years as a clinic and have grown to add over 77 different clinicians to our clinic. This year in 2019, we have done over 26 psychological evaluations and 20 physical evaluations. We will be putting out an annual report in the coming months so be on the look out. Thank you to everyone for their continued dedication to helping victims of torture and persecution and be on the look out for more ways to get involved.

PHR: A Year in Review

This has been a tremendous year for the Georgetown University School of Medicine's Physicians for Human Rights. Our annual report outlines our asylum clinic operations, on-campus events, accomplishments, and goals for the upcoming year. On behalf of GUSOM PHR, we would like to thank our student volunteers, faculty advisors, community partners, and the entire Georgetown University community for their support and instrumental role in our accomplishments this year. We hope to continue the strong momentum from this year and continue improving the lives of victims of torture and persecution.
